What State Requirements are There?

Different states have different legal requirements as to store design, testing, licensing, procedures, how much assistance the customer can be given, training, ect. There is usually not a clear cut answer to these questions. Usually the inspectors have a great deal of leeway. So some jurisdictions may be much different than another inspector's jurisdiction.

Assistance at determining:

• Federal Application, Trade Name Affidavit

• State license, Tax License Filling

• Certificate of Occupancy

• Health Department License
